TEK/TIK #34

Hi, there.

I'm wondering why there are not TEK/TIK transmission during the attestation process, cause according to the SEV official API document it seems that TIK/TEK are necessary for the client and server to encrypt secrets.

Sorry my bad... Just find out that they are contained in the session file.
