Prepare for PPSecureComms #13

This PR prepares a secret named kbs-client under confidential-containers-system. The secret includes that private key of the kbs-client It will enable the adaptor to connect to the KBS as a client for performing a set-resource.

@davidhadas you'll need to squash the kbs operator related commits into a single one and the client example into another.
