Span details on sequence arrow hover #3

When hovering an arrow of a sequence diagram, some details of that span can be seen.

Hovering tooltips don't seem to work well with the generated svgs from Mermaid. Regular title attribute tooltips don't render, and shadcn's HoverCard or Popover cannot be anchored to the inner svgs only to the whole diagram, so they would appear outside of the whole picture. Its content could be changed depending on the individual spans that are hovered, though.
