It seems tests are failing, but migration is done. Can I take it from here?

OK, this requires a tg4-group contract. Working on it; will add it to poe-contracts.

This works now, both contracts and tests, but requires a new tg4-group release, after https://github.com/confio/poe-contracts/pull/109.
