Feature request: Per app blocking and specific domain whitelisting #5

There are a couple of features that would make this already great app possibly the best app on iOS period.

Control whether certain apps are blocked or not, rather than just a blanket block for whole phone.

Whitelist controls for address/adresses within a particular list.

Sadly, I dont think the VPN type solution lets you choose which apps use the VPN, only which domains are passed through it.

Although, having just checked in Configurator.... configurator_vpn perhaps apps can be defined as 'captive networking bundles' to allow them to operate outside of the VPN? Maybe @rahulda1 can comment if he thinks this one is possible?
