Add log configuration for tests. #55

@kkonstantine @rhauch Not sure why this started failing, but it was reliably reproducible locally and in Jenkins. However, there was no log config, so no useful output in the console. However, adding the logging makes the tests pass... Not sure if this is ideal, but also not sure it is worth spending time trying to sort it out if only that one test was failing and things still pass in system tests.
