Update with quickstart and deploy to follow our standard format. #8

@nehanarkhede This turned out smaller than I thought because a) most services startup is covered by the Confluent Platform quickstart and Camus doesn't have all the start/stop scripts that the other repos do. Let me know what you think about the flow thought -- it kind of assumes you are either coming from the top-level docs or that you already at least know what the other services are.

@ewencp Are we merging this to confluent-master before the release?

@Ishiihara needs review and apparently it no longer cleanly merges, but yes, I'd like to merge this to confluent-master.
