confluent help produce and confluent help consume now work by providing both the usage text plus the output of the optional args. This means users don't have to drop out of confluent into kafka-console-producer/consumer to see the args. It also removes the text that exposes that it is the bin command lines tools underneath.
fixes a bug! that I introduced mid-way thru the original PR review. I implemented proper exit codes for usage but failed to catch the help codepath (when help is called, it passes in the command first which was being mis-assigned to the exit status).
