[skip secret scan] CFK-2890 Narrow down exessive permissions for CFK in examples #289

we see excessive permissions for some resources hence narrowing them down by ungrouping them like PVs and also removing permissions for ingresses as currently we don't need them.

still analysing routes/custom-host resource if it is required. will be updating this based on the analysis.
