gives error for newer version of k8s #651

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

for newer versions of k8s produces a error Error: unable to build kubernetes objects from release manifest: unable to recognize "": no matches for kind "PodDisruptionBudget" in version "policy/v1beta1"

How was this patch tested?

tested it on latest versions
