Checkout latest version from Confluent Hub #16

Avoid issue reported in https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-docker-images/pull/659

kafka-connect-datagen(VERSION_LATEST): confluent-hub install --no-prompt confluentinc/kafka-connect-datagen:0.1.0

Running in a "--no-prompt" mode

https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-docker-images/pull/660 makes this unnecessary.
