Improve way that Confluent Cloud is presented #566

As agreed during KT team meeting today:

Short-term:

  1. Add in-line banner with developer-friendly copy (see @rmoff 's prototype in https://github.com/confluentinc/kafka-tutorials/pull/549)
  2. Remove "Deploy to Confluent Cloud" section from all KTs

Long-term:

  1. Present CCloud more similarly to https://ksqldb.io/quickstart.html
  2. Integrate CCloud validation into Kafka Tutorial workflow
