Bullet point rendering on docs.ksqldb.io is broken. #7705

FYI, there's something wrong with the way bullet points are being rendered on the CREATE STREAM ... AS SELECT page. It renders fine on the github preview:

...but on the site the bullet points fail to render:

...leaving the documentation rather confusing.
