👋 @jshcmpbll, thanks for creating a PR!

We actually implemented networking resources already to support

Dedicated Kafka cluster that is accessible via PrivateLink connections
Dedicated Kafka cluster that is accessible via VPC Peering connections

and we're testing these out at the moment before making these publicly available so it might be a good idea just to wait for the next release of TF Provider. We appreciate your effort though!
