Create uninstaller for unix-like systems #78

If it's not too much trouble, can an uninstaller option or script please be added to the Cyphertite source files for unix-like systems?

This is something we probably should have done a while ago. At this time, we are working hard on BTCD and Coinvoice, but this will be a priority once we shift more development hours back to Cyphertite.
