I found the different spec files in your repository but it's not clear where I can get the individual package tarballs from.
I'd like to use the officially released versions rather than the master branch.
Also the page describing how to install form source does not mention that you need the -devel libraries of the listed packages.

Since no Fedora 19 packages are available I'm attempting to build my own. (I'd like to contribute my result as soon as I have working packages).
The instructions at https://www.cyphertite.com/download.php?os=source explain how to build from source but do not explain how to build RPM packages.
