Use OS openssl/curl if available #80

Use the Operating system's versions of both openssl and curl if both are available and curl was compiled with OpenSSL support.

I haven't fully reviewed this, but please add cut to the UTILS_USED list in check_utils (and probably sed too since I think it should be there and isn't currently either).

EDIT: Looks like head needs to be added too since you're using it.
