feature request: .spectrwm.conf *_grow / *_shrink options #203

Being able to set _grow / _shrink in .spectrwm.conf for each corresponding action_name.

Are you requesting the ability to configure the number of pixels to grow/shrink when initiating the _grow/_shrink actions?
