Glitchy on Safari #11

Hi,

For some reason, the tag cloud begins to vibrate very quickly which prevents smooth rotation. Sometimes all the words are compressed together in the middle of the cloud. Only seems to happen on Safari.

I've encountered the same issue. Check for overlapping transitions inherited by the TagCloud element. Eventually use the transition:unset css directive.

I have the same problem on firefox. I checked for the above-mentioned bullet points from @CosminBd but didn't seem to fix it for me.
