Remove Valetudo references #40

Remove all the Valetudo references and change to Congatudo, to avoid confusions with the parent project.

Keep references in Doc, READMEs and also include missing urls to Valetudo web to keep the "authority" (I don't know now the word in english lol)

Still some broken and wrong links in #95, but most of the Valetudo references has been removed.
