Sync python and csharp with recent java ParserProductions template changes #148

Also, I went ahead and fixed the nested indentation issue for python pending review and possible revision by Vinay. Some more template code that got touched was converted to the terse syntax.

Thanks, John! Mulling it overnight (it's early morning here) I'd reached the same conclusion and resolved to recompute is inside the nested bit. Glad to have confirmation that that was the case - your looking into it is much appreciated!
