Poll time displaying is incorrect at student side

Use the chrome browser for both student and teacher Steps:

1. Join a session with 4-5 students
2. Now publish a poll by a timer for 1 min
3. Close the poll within 10-15 secs
4. Again publish poll
5. One student between 4-5 students will receive the poll timer starts from 01:15
