Custom port follower #114

It looks like this branch was meant to be merged: https://github.com/cyberark/conjur-authn-k8s-client/blob/master/bin/test-workflow/1_deploy_conjur.sh#L36-L37

We will need to do so before we can introduce new changes in #113 for the new CLI.

I rebased #113 off of these changes so we can either merge this PR first or leave this one and just merge that one with all the changes together.
