Further to discussion in the meeting last week, I've looked a little into block, "scratch" editors. blockly seems promising, with the ability to write plugins in JS.

could also use PXT from microsoft (used in makecode) . pxt. create own editor. example editors. data science and avoid the traffic could be used with CP?
