tidy up docs build: reduce warnings #527

Removing old stub for documenting keywords separately, and unnecessary labels in two tutorials. This gets rid of three warnings during make docs.

With the Sphinx-5.x toolchain which I've been experimenting with, the warnings about multiply-defined labels are no longer emitted; the subsetEq warning is still present.
