Added a set of tests to help ensure parser consistency.
These tests are similar (and use the same files as) to parsePrint but instead use the astJson output.
Additional tests have been added to check the representations parsed statements,domains and expressions.
Gitignore was updated to exclude the new temporary test files as well as those created when running the parallel test script.
