The simplest recurrence editor should:

Have a frequency picker
Have a day of week picker for weekly frequency
Have an interval field
(optional) show a non-interactive preview of the occurrences

This should allow us to schedule recurring shifts, but with no extra convenience features like drag-to-reschedule
