OpenStack Spells Index is Incorrect #235

The spell bundle deploys Queens: https://github.com/conjure-up/spells/blob/93bceac3fb63fa10dcb3ec3b9733c2e9ebb1ab93/openstack-novalxd/bundle.yaml#L86

But the UI presents that as Pike: https://github.com/conjure-up/spells/blob/93bceac3fb63fa10dcb3ec3b9733c2e9ebb1ab93/spells-index.yaml#L13

I also found that the openstack-base (kvm) spell, which simply deploys cs:openstack-base, incorrectly listed that as Pike on 16.04, when it is already Rocky on 18.04.
