Add a feature to disable the annoying error sound #576

If i type a wrong command or try to delete a sign on a empty command line, the app makes a annoying pleep. It would be great, when this could deactivated in the options.

Uncheck Audible bell under Terminal bell

Hmmm that's strange. I thought I did this before, eg. disable terminal bell, but without effective disabling the error sound. Anyhow, i installed the app now again and your suggestion works. Many thx.

Sorry for resurrecting this issue. But currently I have the following similar issue. After installing the app, the above mentioned setting was disabled.

But after pressing the internal keyboard tab key, i could hear the terminal bell.
The option "audible terminal bell" was disabled.
Now I have enabled the setting.
Tried again tab completion.
I hear the bell.
again go to settings
disabled again "audible terminal bell"
back on the terminal
press tab key
now its silent

I think this is some sort of bug. Maybe you can fix it in a upcoming version.

It seems that the setting will get lost after a restart or some restarts of the app or the phone. If you check the setting, it the toggle does not indicate the los of the setting, but the sound is back and enabled.

Are there any news about this issue? It drives me nuts...
