Winner of Round 1 should be First Player for Round 2 #69

In the rules for Loveletter, the winner of the previous round (e.g. Round 1) should be the first player in the current round (e.g. Round 2). This should be reflected in this version of the game.

Note: this should not affect the random selection of player order for Round 1.

Possible future work on this: ensure that player order is held over from Round 1 as well despite First Player moving to the round winner
