Investigate backing up Redis database

• No option to browse Redis database in AWS Console
• No backups have been setup, no option to create a snapshot
• Unable to connect to Redis database using local Redis Desktop Manager - complex security groups
• Could create a RESTful endpoint on webserver; but would require additional code and deployment

Decision: wipe all services and start again; all data is ephemeral and can be recreated easily by players joining and starting new games.
