Switch embedded web-components in page template over to compiled versions #35

This should greatly reduce the size of HTML responses, and make the page much simpler to understand.

Recommendations:

Use the compiler to build custom components from source at start time
Provide an endpoint to list available components, and preview them (Component Showcase MKII?)
Host the standard set of product-monitor components on Github and serve up via CDN
