Do we need position: relative on the semantic grid column mixin? #1

This seems to be unnecessary. Perhaps it was put in place as a "hasLayout" bug fix for older versions of IE, but positioning is not set for columns in the non-semantic grid.

I've commented this rule out on Axway. I suspect it is not needed for modern browsers, and likely not needed for IE8. I'd propose we remove it.
