Here's a prototype next-generation build setup based on learnings from the first version.

What's new?

• Proper use of Browserify
• Proper use of cleaning
• Modular, configuration based architecture that's easy to customize
• Stream splitting/combining allow for the same speed but with the control to apply global output filters
• Support for gulp-rev on production builds, generating auto-cache-busting hashes in filenames. We have .NET support to automatically nab these already.
• Streamlined watcher protocols that require less manual maintenance
• Automatic generation of cleaning code as requested by config
• Improved source globs
• Modified static templates to be generated/watched by build (e.g. / has no php, but Assets/src/templates does)

Where to start? Go read the gulpfile. There are comments on most of the parts designed to get hacked on.

This looks great, Kam. I'm going to merge this even though the work on improving our JS organization isn't quite done yet. This will give us a good start, though.
