We should add examples of common mobile navigation patterns so they don't need to built from scratch every time.

Brad Frost has a great list of patterns. Of these, I would say we use these the most often:

Multi-Toggle v3 (e.g. OHSU)
Multi-Level Push Menu (Covering Levels) (e.g. Banner Bank, soon on KinderCare)

A combination of the two (multi-level push menu on low resolution and mega menu version of multi-toggle at high resolution) seems to be the most common.
