Tier 1 User class diagram is missing #12

Describe the bug The link to User class diagram is pointing to https://revature-note-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/Quizzard+Class+Diagram+(Tier+1).png but does not display anything

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to main repo
  2. Click on tier 1
  3. Scroll down to README.md
  4. Under Description/Setup: User class diagram: missing image

This has been resolved in the main template.
