Tier 4 Question 1 Instructions mention provided ConnectionConfig class #38

Describe the bug The instructions mention using the provided ConnectionConfig class, but the class is called ConnectionUtil. This confused me for a minute since I believed I didn't have something I needed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Tier4.md
  2. Scroll down to lines 20 and 23
  3. They mention a ConnectionConfig class

Expected behavior The class name is ConnectionUtil.
