Describe the bug There is a query in the answer 4 file for tier 2 within the template repository. This code will need to be removed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/connell-class/revassess/blob/tier2/RevassessTier2/src/sql/answer4.sql

Expected behavior There should not be any code within the answer files for tier 2 within the template repository.
