Can't use application if access to 108.162.198.11 isn't possible #397

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to use the application on a server that can't open connection by himself 
on internet...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Possibility to use the application. Timeout on logging and multiple drops on 
firewall on access to 108.162.198.11 IP port 80

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r514 on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Why the application connects to internet ? Why is this unusable if not possible 
?
