blank page at manage-files.php #408

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.login as admin or priviligied account
2.choose files/manage files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a page with server's files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Works on a local installation.
Has worked a the begining.
Doesn't work on production website (ex2hosting)

seems to be only in office access, behind a proxy.
