Create a xNFT protocol standard

Problem

We view cross-chain NFTs as critical enough to the future of Connext ecosystem that it warrants a standard used by community end user applications

Proposed Solution

We want to create an EIP-like proposal for a crosschain NFT standard. Users will have contract interfaces like ERC-1721

We will need sufficient research to map out what what this should involve across the below inputs

• Existing NFTHashi codebase
• New design consideration from Connext team
• Vitalik's research on Cross-rollup NFT wrapper and migration

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] users can access interfaction xchain protocol development
• [ ] this is clearly documented
• [ ] this is standardized
• [ ] there is a clear support system/process for this standard going forward
