Describe the bug Prod Testnet DB hit size limit

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Prod RDS on AWS and see current DB size

Additional context Need to map out the allocation and find what is using up so much space.

What happened on March 02 ?

Root cause was a unused replication slot setup by RDS to BigQ ETL automation.

This issue is resolved.
