Definition Of Done

users can send TEST tokens from Polygon to X1 successfully through the fast path (only) in our testnet UIs
liquidity is in routers [tbd amount]
this is measurable correctly in carto and SDK
we have reasonable assurances that 700K transfers in a week is supported
