[ICE: 8] Connext UI ETA is working wrong in China without VPN #6208

Describe the bug @HHUH has observed that the Connext UI's estimated time feature is not functioning as expected without a VPN, likely due to the firewall in China. It experiences prolonged loading times with no results. Its seems random, sometimes loading indefinitely and other times functioning properly.
