Describe the bug A transaction from Gnosis chain to Polygon was initiated from the Connext Bridge UI with the relayer fee set to 0. https://connextscan.io/tx/0x60dd4f8b3f86da5f283e6946a06a3e05dcf9e683b90b07b873a9fc0c30ad4dd6

Estimates are working from the SDK. This might be possible if the txn was sent before the estimate came back. @jwtong Does the UI allow for that or do we block send until estimates are ready?

For this txn, user should just bump it.
