This will be a thin wrapper around rasterio, since rasterio imports rasters as numpy arrays.

Some ideas for implementation:

raw raster values
apply threshold to values
- will have to add a note that we recommend doing this in the program you generated your SDM in if you want a minimum training presence threshold
convert values using sigmoid (or other) functions
