Frontend should only display nearby rooms

The frontend should fetch and display nearby rooms based on the user's location. We should discuss how we're going to handle refreshing locations.

• Should users get kicked from a room if they move out of range?
• How often should we poll for new location/should we use the watchPosition API?
• Should geofence calculation be done on the frontend or the backend?
