Is there anything developers should know about to use the extension that we can put in the README?

Ah, I see now that there were corresponding files to the test.html file I deleted. I can readd that file if necessary. Otherwise, I haven't changed any core functionality of the extension, so I don't think there needs to be anything added in addition to this PR.
