This relates to #10 - but refers to text throughout. In general, it seems that light grey text is used. This should only be done for elements that are really unimportant.
I don't know if this is a screen-thing or an eyes-thing, but it seems that I am really in disagreement with a lot of designers over this, because it seems that light gray text on slightly lighter gray background is really modern right now.
I just really dislike that it's so hard to read everything. In my opinion you should use #000000 for all text, but I realize that's not very modern, and as a modern designer-type website, Dinto would have to use at least slightly gray text. But just please don't use more than like, a third, of white, for menus or text/information that's supposed to be read. It's distracting.
Elements that could improved by darkening the text color:
The navbar,
.spark-settings-stacked-tabs a,
body,
.calendar.fc .fc-toolbar .fc-button,
calendar numbers (also body?),
placeholder text in the create new document/category views,
.card.hovercard .info .desc,
Tabular text under accounting but that's probably also just body
