'No deadline for event' toggle has no effect if the date and time are set to the past

As the title says. When you create an event for yesterday, the toggle has no effect.

It reports that the deadline must be set to sometime before the event is happening.

Should probably not show the toggle, if the event date is in the past -- doesn't make sense to set a deadline for an event that has happened.
